Which documents and information are required for an application?

For your application, we primarily require your curriculum vitae and relevant certificates. A cover letter is optional. We also appreciate receiving information regarding your availability or notice period, as well as your salary expectations. This helps us assess your application more effectively and ensures a smooth process.

How does the application process work?

After receiving your application, we review your documents and inform you promptly whether we would like to invite you to a first interview via Microsoft Teams. This interview usually lasts 30 to 45 minutes and is conducted by the Human Resources department. The second step is an on-site interview with the respective department. Depending on the position, an additional interview may take place. You will then receive a clear final decision.

What remote work options are available?

After successfully completing the probationary period, employees have the option to work remotely two days per week. This arrangement complements on-site work and provides a balanced combination of personal collaboration and flexible working conditions.

How are working hours and vacation regulated?

The regular working time is 37.5 hours over five days per week, with core working hours from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Flexible working hours are available between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Employees are entitled to 30 days of annual leave, which increase to up to 34 days with longer service.
